1. Who We Are
This website, saglamlisans.com (“Sağlam Lisans”), is owned and operated by Saglamsoft Bilişim ve Teknoloji San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Mutlu Mah. 3508 SK. NO: 43/4 Yunusemre/Manisa – Türkiye) and Cosatek, LLC (1111B S Governors Ave, Suite 87582, Dover, DE 19904, United States), which acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].
2. What We Collect
- Order information: your name, e-mail address, phone number, billing country, and the products you purchase — used to deliver your license keys, provide support, issue refunds, and meet our legal record-keeping obligations.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed — used for site security, fraud prevention, and improving the store.
- Support communications: messages you send us by e-mail or phone.
3. Payment Information
We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you pay, your card information is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited metadata (such as the card’s last four digits and issuing country) needed for order management and fraud prevention. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use personal data to: (a) process orders and deliver license keys by e-mail; (b) provide customer support; (c) prevent fraud and card testing, including screening by Stripe Radar; (d) comply with tax, accounting, and consumer-law obligations; and (e) with your consent where required, send you service updates. We do not sell personal data.
5. Who We Share Data With
- Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention;
- E-mail delivery providers — to send order confirmations and license keys;
- Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) — aggregated site-usage statistics;
- Authorities — where disclosure is required by law.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for the shopping cart and checkout, and analytics/advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) to understand site usage. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings; the store will continue to function.
7. Data Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required by applicable tax and commercial law (generally up to 10 years), after which they are deleted or anonymized. Support correspondence is kept for up to 3 years.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, e-mail [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
9. International Transfers
Because our payment processing is operated through a US entity and Stripe, your order data may be processed in the United States and other countries. We take contractual and technical measures to protect data transferred internationally.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its “last updated” date.
