1. Who We Are

saglamlisans.com (“Sağlam Lisans”, “we”, “us”) is an e-commerce store selling genuine digital software licenses, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and antivirus products. This website is owned and operated by Saglamsoft Bilişim ve Teknoloji San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Mutlu Mah. 3508 SK. NO: 43/4 Yunusemre/Manisa – Türkiye) and Cosatek, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (1111B S Governors Ave, Suite 87582, Dover, DE 19904, United States). All products are sourced through authorized Microsoft partner channels. When you purchase from this website, your payment is processed by Cosatek, LLC and will appear on your card statement as SAGLAMLISANS.COM.

2. Products and Delivery

All products sold on this website are genuine digital license keys sourced through authorized partner channels. Products are delivered electronically by e-mail to the address you provide at checkout, typically within minutes of successful payment and in any case within 24 hours. No physical shipment is made. If you do not receive your license key within 24 hours, contact us using the details in Section 9 and we will re-deliver or refund your order.

3. Prices and Currency

Prices on this website are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless another currency is explicitly indicated at checkout. Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees for payments made with cards denominated in other currencies. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Refund and Return Policy

Because our products are digital license keys delivered instantly, the following refund terms apply:

  • Undelivered orders: If your key is not delivered within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Non-working keys: If a delivered key does not activate and our support team cannot resolve the issue or provide a working replacement within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Delivered and revealed keys: Once a license key has been delivered and revealed, it cannot be returned if it functions correctly, as digital keys cannot be “un-delivered”. By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, under applicable distance-selling rules for digital content supplied instantly, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun with your consent.
  • Wrong product purchased: If you purchased the wrong edition and the key has not been revealed/activated, contact us within 14 days and we will exchange it or issue a refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

5. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before the license key is delivered. After delivery, Section 4 applies.

6. License Terms and Restrictions

License keys are for end-user activation in accordance with the software publisher’s own license terms (e.g., the Microsoft Software License Terms). Keys may not be resold, redistributed, or used to activate more devices than the license permits. Certain software may be subject to regional or export restrictions imposed by the publisher or applicable law; it is your responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for use in your country.

7. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate billing and contact information. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to test stolen payment cards, interfere with the operation of the site, or misrepresent your identity. We may refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent and may report suspected fraud to payment networks and law enforcement.

8. Payment Security

Payments on this website are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your full card details are transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection and are never stored on our servers. Transactions may be subject to 3-D Secure authentication by your card issuer.

10. Promotions

Any discount, coupon, or promotional offer is subject to the specific conditions published with that offer, including its validity period and eligible products. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated in these terms or required by applicable consumer law, products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be contractually waived.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Updated terms take effect when published on this page.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

For purchases processed by Cosatek, LLC, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence. Consumers in Türkiye may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits set by Turkish law.
